SANDRA D. FORD… is Managing Director, CEO and Founding Partner of The Ford Group, Inc. Ms. Ford's search and consulting assignments have included projects in financial management, information technology, and human resources for diverse market segments. Ms. Ford has worked with Global 1000 and Fortune 500 corporations, international management consulting firms, and start-up and fast-growth companies. Her recruiting assignments have focused on executive and functional management, management consultants, senior technical and administrative functions in multiple industries. She has worked in conjunction with acquisition, merger and turn around situations. Prior to founding The Ford Group, Ms. Ford was a Principal in the Professional Services Practice of Korn/Ferry International. Prior to that she was in Senior Management with the international management consulting firms of KPMG Peat Marwick, Hay Management Consultants and Laventhol & Horwath. During her sixteen years with these firms, she consulted to management on improving overall business performance, utilizing her expertise in business and financial management, organizational effectiveness and development, human resources, reengineering and change management. Ms. Ford holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.
