The Ford Group's recruiters are experienced search consultants. Every search assignment is structured as a formal management consulting project. Each project includes a unique, detailed Search Project Plan, which is based on a thorough understanding of the client's organization, strategies, goals, objectives and culture; a fixed timetable; and the development of qualifications criteria for use in the objective evaluation of potential candidates.
