firm. Accordingly, The Ford Group has adopted a stringent code of business
conduct to help us maintain the highest standards of professionalism,
ethics and integrity.
Our clients trust us to identify, evaluate and recommend superior candidates
for leadership positions; and we perform our services at the highest
level of professional responsibility. We will not jeopardize the trust
of our clients or staff through personal misconduct or the appearance
of any questionable or inappropriate actions.
We promise to:
- Describe and represent its services and fees fully and accurately
in a clearly written document furnished to all clients.
- Undertake only those assignments for which we are fully qualified.
- Accept an assignment only if we are able to exercise fully our objectivity,
independence and integrity.
- Perform a search assignment in a timely cost-effective manner.
- Present candidate information without distortion or omission of
any relevant data.
- Use discretion and good judgment in incurring expenses for the completion
of a search assignment.
- Refrain from recruiting a candidate for a six month period from
any entity that has been defined as an active client, unless prior
approval has been obtained from the client.
- Refrain from recruiting any candidate we have placed with an active
or inactive client unless prior approval has been obtained from the
client.
- Withdraw from an assignment if conditions develop which impair our
ability to perform the search in a professional manner.
- Refrain from presenting a candidate to more than one client at a
time.
- Disclose client information only to those persons within the firm
whose authority and "need to know" is clearly established.
- Follow any traditional security and confidentiality procedures required
by a client.
